职位描述
主要职责：
1、拟订相关法律文件。
2、参与公司经营合同的论证、谈判，进行法律评估，拟订相关合同文本。
3、协助处理公司运营过程中的有关法律事务，组织拟订各类法律文件，对公司各职能部门与项目公司运营中发生的法律事务提供必要的技术支持。
4、审查公司各职能部门与项目公司运营过程中发生的各类法律文书及合同，监督合同的履行。
5、协助公司各职能部门与项目公司处理、解决运营中发生的各类法律纠纷，维护公司合法权益。
6、协助外聘律师处理公司的诉讼、仲裁与执行事务。
任职资格：
1、法律等相关专业。
2、三年以上工作经验，两年以上法务实际工作经验。
3、熟悉劳动相关法律法规，具备各类法律事务处理能力，能独立起草所涉及的各类合同与法律文件。
4、具备良好的沟通、分析判断、协调和管理能力以
