- 电话接听及转接；
- 来访人员（客户，供应商及应聘人员）的接待；
- 公司会议室的有效管理（诸如：会议室钥匙，投影仪，会议用笔及纸类）及提供有效的会议后勤服务；
- 公司邮件及快递的统一管理：登记，分发和记录；
- 机票的账务核对；
- 其他上级安排的临时性工作。
- 岗位要求：
- 大学专科及以上学历；
- 良好的英语口语和写作能力
- 适应性强，工作主动且有责任感；
- 能独立完成工作同时有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
