职位描述

Responsibilities

Helpdesk
1. Ensure that all helpdesk queries are dealt with within agreed response times and to quality standards
2. Ensure member satisfaction and service quality

3. Helpdesk Reporting preparation and analysis in a regular basis

4. Handle and resolve customer complaints


Product Development & Problems Solving

1. Diagnose and research the relevant issues, redirect problems to appropriate resource (such as product development team), also identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

2. Track and route problems & requests and document resolutions

3. Get involvement with the product development for new product and function testing

4. Collect and generate ideas to improve system, members support & service

Projects
1. Ad-hoc projects and support management as required

2. Regular audio/video meetings with customer service/product development teams in the head office


Skills & Experience

1. Proven professional experience working in a customer service environment

2. Professional and efficient telephone manner and customer service focus

3. Expert use of all Microsoft Office packages and experience with web based databases

4. Familiar with a variety of standard software technologies

5. Proactive, team-player who is comfortable working in a small business environment where flexibility is required

6. Ability to multi-task with strong communication skills

7. Ability to work effectively with individuals in all departments at all levels

8. Attention to details and stress tolerance

9. Excellent Mandarin speaking and good English or Japanese communication skills

Whilst not key criteria the following would be desirable:

10. Experience working with a global customer base

11. Language capabilities in addition to Mandarin, English/Japanese (such as Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese etc.)

12. Knowledge of ethical trade, social auditing, responsible supply chain management
