职位描述

Responsibilities


Accounting and Finance Management
1. Maintenance of bookkeeping/accounting system, processing invoices and payments (payable and receivable), management of payroll/social welfare and reimbursement etc.

2. Support for Monthly & Quarterly financial reporting and regular tax compliance program

3. Liaison with local bank, tax and foreign exchange bureau to make sure China office running in a legal and compliance way, also works with external finance agent for the annual audit.

4. Work with the Operations Manager to provide regular financial reporting also blueprints the finance forecast and budget preparation, support for the cash flow management and budget control

5. Update finance/tax requirement and policy reflected into the business operations

6. Regular communication and liaison with the head office finance team


Office Administration

1. Support the Operations Manager to manage the overall human resource management process , also work

closely with the external HR agent to assure its performance

2. Reception and office administration management

3. Work with Operations Manager to manage the service providers and assure the service performance

4. Take the responsibility of overall China office documents compilation and updates ,but also manage the filing,storage and security of documents to make sure China office follow the management system

5. Update human resource and legal requirement/policy reflected into the business operations

Projects
1. Ad-hoc projects and support management as required


Skills & Experience

1. Proven professional finance and office administration experiences

2. Hold a validated License of Accounting and have excellent Mandarin speaking and good written English skills

3. Good at MS office especially for Excel ,Word and Outlook ,be familiar with Internet Explorer ,also relevant accounting/tax/bank software

4. Proven relationship experience with bank/ tax bureau, industrial and government bureau etc also with supplier management

5. Knowledge with relevant financial legislation and policies

6. Very good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Have skills of problems solving ,time management ,stress management

8. Willing to support and help , well plan and organize in an efficient and effective way

9. Be honest and trustworthy, flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics
