Responsibilities


Sales and Engagements Management
1. Sales and engagement calls to new, existing and prospective members, to sell Sedex supplier member membership, and work with new members to ensure full engagement in line with KPIs set by line manager

2. Work with team members to implement of engagement projects as agreed with line manager, liaison with other departments internally to support project work where necessary

3. Be able to analyse supplier data (involves detailed investigation), creation of relevant email communications required to engage target suppliers

4. Supporting training team to develop effective training materials and deliver engagement project training

5. Maintain awareness of project status at all times and feedback to customer project restraints etc at regular intervals as set out in project plan; Regular, informal reporting of project status will be required on a weekly basis, with a formal requirement fortnightly.

6. Be able to work with customer service team to guide suppliers through Sedex system usage

7. Be able to achieve & exceed the sales and engagement projects targets and KPIs


Projects
1. Ad-hoc projects and support management as required


Skills & Experience

1. Good communication skills (including E-mail and Phone communication)

2. Familiar with MS Office especially for MS Excel 2007 and Outlook 2007, understanding of database application would be desired.

3. Excellent Mandarin speaking and good English communication skills, any other Asian languages (Japanese ,Korean, Thai or Vietnamese ) would be nice to have

4. A good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and relevant work experiences in sales, promotions or telemarketing

5. Persuasiveness, hard-working, patient, problem solving, self-motivated, tenacious, stress tolerance and a good team player

6. Knowledge of supply chain and social compliance would be a desire
