Purchasing Assistant
采购助理

Responsibilities：
岗位职责：
1. Assist purchasing manager in the daily routine work, according to the production material list to make the purchase order;
协助采购经理开展日常工作，根据生产物料申购单编制采购定单；
2. Assist purchasing manager to negotiate with suppliers about the price, type of payment, delivery date, payment;
协助采购经理与供应商谈判价格、付款方式、交货日期、货款支付；
3. Assist purchasing manager to track the purchasing progress, closely track the progress of the purchase order, communicate with suppliers to ensure the materials timely procurement in place and the production running smoothly;
协助采购经理进行采购进度的追踪，严密跟踪采购单的进展情况，及时与供应商进行沟通，确保材料及时采购到位，保证生产顺利进行；
4. Assist purchasing manager with the examination of suppliers and management of the materials, update the product technical requirement, follow a new supplier’s quotations and samples, do market research, and establish a qualified supplier file;
协助采购经理进行供应商自制的考核及资料的管理，及时更新产品技术要求，跟踪新供应商的报价和样品比对，做好市场调查，并建立合格供应商档案。；
5. Registration and management of the purchasing requirement, receipt, purchasing order and contract.
申购单、验收单、订购单与合约的登记及档案管理。

Required qualifications and/or experience :
所需的资格和/或经验：
1. Male, college degree or above;
男性，大专以上学历；
2. Have working experience in purchasing is preferred.
最好有采购工作经验。
3. Working Location: Haiyan, Zhejiang
