职位描述
1.物流或相关专业教育背景，二年以上仓库管理工作经验；
2.熟悉仓库基本工作流程，对仓库货物保管能做到堆放整齐安全有序，易取易查，账目保管一目了然；
3.有一定的沟通协调能力，工作认真负责，能出色地组织各项出货、收货等任务，做到工作完成准确无误；
4.必须熟练掌握办公office软件,懂ERP及国际物流运输操作经验者优先；
5.每月库存盘点并制作报表。
6.工作地点在嘉定南翔
Aim of position (What is to be accomplished by having this position?)
Assists Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily Warehouse Operations. Receiving, Checking, Stocking, Assembly, Packing and Shipping
Organisation (Who do you report to/who are your subordinates?)
? Report directly to Warehouse Supervisor and functionally to Operation Manager, ARC
? No direct Subordinates
Main contacts and interaction outside own department (Cooperation/support/help?)
? Sales Support departments in ARC and Sales Office(subsidiaries) covered by ARC
? Logistic and sales support department of HL factories
? Finance, Information Technology and Human Resource functions
Area of responsibilities/main duties (Use list with bullets)
? Hands on approach on Logistics operations
? Ensure stocks receipts are correct and on time and level of stock is at a healthy standard
? Responsible for the overall system transaction of incoming and outgoing of stocks in the warehouse
? Reconciliation of monthly inventory reports with physical stock in warehouses
? Support transportation booking and responsible for the overall system transaction of incoming and outgoing of stocks in the warehouse
? Updating of inbound/outbound shipment arrival schedule and current stocks position report
? Coordination with Sales Support and Purchasing Team on all Incoming and Outgoing process for container loading and unloading
? Supporting incoming & outgoing inspection, daily picking & packing of stocks for delivery
? Reconciliation inventory at warehouses and stock take
? Cutting and modification of product

? At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations
Educational background (If educational merits are needed: mandatory or desirable?)
? Diploma in Logistics discipline or Business management
Key capabilities (State 3-5 capabilities crucial for this position)
? Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external parties
? Process oriented: capable to analyze the efficiency of a process and suggest improvements
Language & IT (What is mandatory and what is desirable?)
? Able to Speak, Read and write in English and Chinese or local language
? Significant experience of at least one ERPs software
? Office (Excel, Access)
