岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 负责客户的要货活动（批量生产后）,并根据客户要货预测及订单，制订月、周、日交付计划；
- Take repsonsibility of receiving customers call off (after SOP), and based on customer forecasts and call off to create month, weekly, daily delivery plan;
- 与客户建立直接联系平台，接收汇总订单,协助客户日常事务处理，并及时将客户计划调整信息及时提供给公司内部，提供生产计划调整建议；
- To establish direct contact with the customer, receiving orders, to coordinate customers deal with daily affairs, and timely provide customer call off status to production planer as adjust the recommendations;
- 协助成品发运，并协调及提供发货单及其它单证，如质保报告等，给仓库和运输；
- Assist product delivery, and to coordinate and provide deliver notes and other documents, such as quality assurance reports, to the warehouse and transport team;
- 监控公司内，以及寄存在客户处的收、发、存的成品数量，控制成品库存；
- Monitor the company stock as well as consigment stock at the customers (incoming, outgoing,stock), control inventory;
- 根据生产及运输信息,将信息及时反馈给客户，并在紧急情况下，协调客户进行必要的调整；
- According to the production and transport information, feedback to customers timly and in emergency situations, coordinating client with necessary actions;
- 在ERP系统中管理订单，交货等；
- In the ERP system to manage orders, delivery, etc.;
- 负责制定发货报表及客户使用情况的分析和相关文件的整理，与客户进行对账，与销售人员一起准备开票必要的信息
- Take responsible for shipping and customer consump report analysis and collation of relevant documents, with customers reconciliation, billing and sales personnel with the necessary information to prepare
-在金税系统中开立增值税发票并在SAP中完成过账，支持财务完成月度和年度关帐
- Issue VAT invoice in Golden Tax system and posting in SAP, support Finance for monthly and yearly closing
- 其它上级交办事项
- Complete the work assigned by department manager.
