2.Accountable for all office doors access control, visitor's registration, badge management and maintain attendance system.

3.Answer all calls in professional manner and transfer calls to correct person; Handle all incoming and outgoing mails and correspondents.

4.Be in charge of office facility repair and maintenance.

5.Office routing ordering and raised related Purchasing Order.

6.Track office routing cost, maintain related data.

7.Responsible for visa application, prepare invitation and dispatch letters

8.Assist to organize company activities, annual dinner, company outing, business meeting, etc.

9.Help admin manager to solve all office problems and office emergency.
