• 依据生产计划安排工作单，并对其跟踪和调整。
• 订单和预测的接收、整理、信息更新和系统录入。
• 根据原材料消耗情况制定物料预测。
• 与澳洲总部及各部门进行订单协调。
• 各项目发货数量统计和发货计划微调。
• 根据订单、新项目和库内原皮质量情况及时调整生产计划。
• 换片库存剩余量统计。
• RMA等不良品数据的系统录入。
• 发货对帐以及系统内开票。
• 月度盘点数据整理。
• 各类文件归档。
• 其他物流日常工作。

• 大专以上学历。
• 3年以上制造型企业计划工作经验。
• 具有一定生产计划和数据统计方面的经验，有沟通协调和组织领导经验。
• 英语四级以上，良好的口头和书面表达能力。（重要）
• 熟悉Office软件操作。
• 工作认真细心、责任心强、品行端正。
• 具有良好的团队协作精神、良好的沟通能力和服务意识。

• Make main production plan,as well as monthly/weekly/daily production plan.
• Do job planning, following up and adjustment according to production plan.
• Receiving and update of data and system entry of orders and forecast.
• Make EDI of raw material according to inventory.
• Compile dispatch quantity statics and do slight adjustment to dispatch plan for each program.
• Carry out coordination meeting between headquarters and colleagues.
• Adjust job plan timely according to order, new program and stock status.
• Compile statistics of replacement stock.
• Return material data input into Macola/ERP system.
• Invoice in Macola/ERP system.
• Reconciliate dispatched quantity with customer(Monthly or weekly).
• Monthly stock reconciliation data input.
• File related documents.
• Other logistics daily work.

• College graduate or above.
• Over two years' planning experience.
• Has experience in production planning and statistics compiling.
• At least Band 4 holder, good at spoken and written English. Can communicate with foreign customers. (Important)
• Familiar with office software.
• Careful, responsible, trustworthy.
• Good teamwork spirit, good communication and service sense.

• Shuttle bus to Jiading, Anting, Waigang, Baoshan and metro station to Shanghai city is provided.
• English will be used during interview.
