职位描述

Main Responsibility:

Ensure planned key performance indicators of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded

l Productivity

? Lead, supervise and motivate a team of operators and leaders to meet production output and yield target with 100% delivery.

? Need to provide corrective action plan if not meet target.

? Review weekly report.

l Downtime

? Ensure all activities carried out in shop floor are in compliance to the requirement.

? Maintain planned downtime within limit.

l Scrap & Attrition

? Control scrap cost within limit.

? Drive production cost saving initiative.

l Over Time

? Minimize OT and control within limit.

l Equipment Utilization

? Ensure that the production is cost effective, on time and meet quality standards

l Operating Supplies

? Ensure that the production is cost effective, on time and meet quality standards

l Revenue & DL & Hrs

? Effective manpower planning to achieve labor efficiency and productivity.

l DL Monthly Head Count Turn Over

? Effective manpower planning to achieve labor efficiency and productivity.

l Inventory Control

? Achieve and maintain high accuracy of inventories of raw material and WIP.

? Maintain production daily, weekly and monthly cycle count accuracy.

l Ensure all internal and external audits are passed with no non-conformance

? All internal non-conformance corrective action must respond within 24hours and close within 48hours.

? Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control program

l Planning of production schedule and resources allocation.

? Ensure production FG/PDO close within 24 hours.

l Ensure good 5'S' are practiced on production shop floor and line.

All audit with non-conformance 5'S' must close immediately with corrective action.
Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree
-At least 5 related years working experience in electronics product assembly industry.
-Be professional at shop floor technology on site problem solving skill
-Strong leadership skills, dynamic, hard working, good team player.
-Good people management skill
-Good command of oral & written English / Chinese language and good communication at all levels.
-Age between 28-40 years


Main Responsibility:
-To Plan and co-ordinate the various product lines to achieve pre-determined Quality and Quantity.
-To plan, manage and monitor the daily production activities and ensure there are achieve, if failed made necessary plan to recover.
-To Plan and manage resource requirement and adjust to production planning demand changes.(Hire, supervise, train and develop their subordinate; Drive for production productivity improvement; Conduct Appraisals and disciplinary action)
- Participate in new product start up and qualification
-Liaise with various departments to achieve the desire goals & objectives.
-Maintain the highest standard of Housekeeping.
- Just in time production concept on shopfloor is a must.
Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree
-At least 3 related years working experience in electronics product assembly industry.
-Be professional at shop floor technology on site problem solving skill
-Strong leadership skills, dynamic, hard working, good team player.
-Good people management skill
-Good command of oral & written English / Chinese language and good communication at all levels.
-Age between 28-40 years
-Be able to work in shift pattern per production schedule
