Main Responsibilities:

1) Be responsible for the management and control whole PM process covering Project Planning and Scheduling;

2) Be responsible of Customer Satisfaction Management, Legal and Contract Management for Projects, Project Reporting, Scope and Change Management for Projects, Project Risk and Opportunity Management, Procurement Management for Projects;

3) Coordinate all appropriate support and services from the company. Organizing project team and assigning specialists from involved regions;

4) Analysis of project intelligence in terms of product needs, and provide this information to GSS or GTS;

5) Be responsible for the successful completion of a project, reports directly to the China sales and SU Manager;

6) Set project targets or budgets for regions, develop action plans together with the region sales manager and sales organization to fulfill these targets and budgets;

7) Follow up with the implementation of key project plans;

8) Active participate in customer visits, seminars;

9) Continuously ensure all project sales support staffs in the region are adequately trained in the customer portfolio.

Remark: Besides basic responsibilities, the employee should take on the responsibilities defined in the PDA System and accomplish the other missions arranged by his/her supervisor.

Qualification & Experience:

Education – Bachelor degree or above in automation, electrical engineering or other majors related

Knowledge – The knowledge of electrical， motors is preferred;

Skills –Good MS office skills

Familiar with all aspects of project management such as but not limited to organizational Skills, safety thinking, systemic

Thinking, quality oriented , customer focus.

Act with integrity and a positive attitude

Good communication skills and team cooperation spirit.. Coach and develop team members, provide direction to the

Project team .

Experience – 3-5 years sales experience of project .Project or sales management experience is preferred

Language – Proficiency in English & Chinese
