Position: Product Manager
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research market requirements for Schüco System Products under legal (norms, standards, building codes, etc.) and technical perspective (products performance, water- and air tightness, wind load, u-value, etc.)
2. Reconcile German product standards with the requested Chinese standards to define requirement profiles
3. Evaluate, summarize and prepare presentations for HQ in English and local colleagues in Chinese
4. Define the technical standards for the product requirement document (PRD) for further development for Schüco China core products
5. Prepare all relevant documents (lists, presentations, …)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanics or civil engineering
2. Experience in commercial aspects of building market and products
3. More than 5 years’ experience in product management in relevant business
4. Ideally have experience with window and façade related products (fittings, gaskets, …)
5. Skillfull in using MS office and relevant CAD tools like AutoCad, …
