Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to;

Sales and Profit
To achieve an agreed monthly sales target
To communicate sales reports and achievements to the DMS and other stakeholders on a weekly basis
To proactively identify selling opportunities that assist achieving sales targets
To establish and develop a network of corporate clients and contacts whose profile are reflective and compatible with Lane Crawford
To meet, communicate and nurture a list of corporate clients already, and report these client activities on a weekly basis
To meet, communicate and re-engage lapsed corporate clients for possible future sales
To work with the DMS, fellow Corporate Sales Managers in Beijing and Hong Kong and Lane Crawford Shanghai Department Sales Managers to effectively support and execute company corporate sales promotions to maximize sales potential and profit
In collaboration with fellow Corporate Sales Managers, manage the production, distribution and ordering of Lane Crawford Shanghai EGC
Maintain an agreed par level of stock at all times to ensure EGC are always available for sale in Lane Crawford Shanghai
To proactively ensure that corporate clients are spread across a wide variety of industries so that there is no dependence on any one industry sector.

Product Knowledge
To be able to provide the corporate clients with product information that will enable them to make an informed decision about their purchase
To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product, with particular reference to the Corporate Rebate Programme for Corporate Sales
To actively use this product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas for the customer and to up-sell to maximize the sales value
To identify and facilitate opportunities for additional training in product knowledge and mix and match to maximize the selling opportunities of each member of staff

Customer Service
To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service and ensure the Lane Crawford standards of service are consistently executed at all times
To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and providing unique moments of truth throughout the service cycle
To ensure completion of the service cycle with after sales service reflective of the Lane Crawford values
To ensure that customers / recipients of corporate gifting are made aware of all store services, and recipients are actively engaged to for a positive shopping experience
To plan well ahead for the cyclical nature of the retail business particularly during the slower sales periods
To collect feedback from customers and share this feedback with the CSM
To ensure all customers are informed through consistent communications about the various Store Services and Omni-channel offerings at Lane Crawford.
To take every opportunity to introduce and demonstrate lanecrawford.com to customers.

Requirements:
? College Diploma / Certificate or above
? 2+ years experience of Corporate Gift Card sales or related
? Excellent selling skills and sales driven
? Excellent communication skills
? Good command of English both spoken and written
? Proactive and self motivated
