职位描述
Title:
Location: Work at Shanghai Area.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up Product Development projects with factories.
- Confirm the factories can fully understand the requirements in sample requests.
- Provide technical support to the factories - material sourcing, product structure, workmanship, cost saving options, special technical applications.
- Provide Development support to the US Development team by working directly with AA suppliers and ensuring sample deadlines are met.
- Provide support and assistance on location in sample rooms for special projects as needed.
- Assist with sourcing.
Requirements:
- Good in English at written and verbal.
- Have good technical knowledge in plush toy manufacturing, material / fabric manufacturing over 5 years.
- Have experience in plush toy product development.
- Self-motivated with good problem resolution and decision making skills.
- Ability to excel and succeed in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to time sensitive tasks and events.
- Excellent project management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be professional, organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
