岗位职责：

1. 设计开发新的纺织机器
2. 开发零部件和装配图，或电子图表
3. 为新产品的生产准备工程图纸，说明书，测试计划，以满足生产需求
4. 分析产品设计，包括结构增强和整体性，可靠性，效率，材料说明书，可制造型，安全性，证书和测试等
5. 和采购团队,质检团队一起进行供应商开发，模型制作和检测
   

岗位要求：

---

1. 本科或以上， 机械设计相关专业
2. 良好的英语书面和口头沟通技巧，CET-6
3. 熟悉电脑和工作软件，包括但不限于办公软件和3D CAD
4. 熟悉R&D 工作流程，生产流程和工艺
5. 良好的沟通和人际技巧
6. 5年以上设计或技术支持经验
7. 丰富的R&D 团队经验
