GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:
Responsible for sales and marketing activities within Industrial segment on China (including Taiwan) basis
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Implement IBU strategy and manage all sales activity within geographic area for all TG products and customers on China (including Taiwan) basis, and responsible for attaining revenue and margin goals
· Optimize sales channel and leverage internal and external resources by improving rep/distributors management and enhancing collaboration within Enpro divisions, to achieve revenue growth
· Collect competitive intelligence and market research to relevant parties for making appropriate plans, target corollary markets for revenue growth
· Should spend majority of time visiting or in contact with customers and cultivating relationships with new and/or current customers
· Responsible for new application identification and being liaison between customer and applications engineer
· On-site installation and problem solving activity at customer locations as applicable.
· Alignment and collaboration with global market managers on projects and learnings.
· Synchronize new products commercialization within given area as applicable
· Assist SBLs or other market managers with area sales calls.
· Have a strong understanding of commercial and financial information including CTs, payment, pricing, and margins
· Responsible for representing customer requests and perspectives to production, operations, quality, and management personnel to plan and execute proper “customer first” support
· Be involved in problem solving, TCV events related to customer or market activity.
· Identify and manage appropriate trade shows and marketing, advertising activity within geographic area.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelors degree or above, preferably in engineering
2.Five or more years in sales preferred, primarily to key OEMs in industries, like pump, pressure vessel, Pharma, Chemical/Petrochemical, etc.
3.Have a good command of English both written and spoken.
4.Good at MS-Office, familiar with engineering knowledge.
5.Strongly self-motivated & conscientious for assigned work.
6.Good learning ability for new products and markets, and customer-oriented mindset.
7.Good inter-personal & communication skill.
8.Strong team work spirit, be honest and understand multinational company culture.
9.Aggressive and hard working under high pressure.
10.Enjoy sales work, frequent travel required.
REPORTS TO: Director Asia Business Strategy/ Dotted line to Director Industrial Business Unit.
