Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the FEC, foreign work certificate and work visa for foreign employees in China;
2. Responsible for the employee attendance record;
3. Assist in HR Supervisor’s works;
4. Other admin assignments as per request;


Qualification Requirements:
1. Graduated from university or college with major in HR, Administration, or other related area;
2. At least three years work experience in a similar role.
3. Demonstrated experience in MS Office knowledge;
4. Good communication in English;
5. Accurate, patient, quick-learning and team player;
