岗位职责：

1、开发并分析客户需求；
2、EV/HEV的电机驱动系统概念设计、仿真和验证；
3、系统安全设计：高压安全和功能安全(如扭矩控制安全)。

岗位要求：

1、电机工程、自动控制或机械电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2、熟悉电机控制系统设计，具有驱动电路设计、控制算法开发与测试等相关项目经验；
3、良好的英语说写能力，兼懂德语者优先。
