Qualitative Consultant

Qualitative expertise is essential to Illuminera's drive to provide total solutions to clients. But while in traditional research houses technical capabiilty is the only key expectation out of qualitative specialist, in Illuminera we also expect our Qualitative Consultants to become an integral part of the problem solving process. Specifically, Qualitative Consultant has the following responsibilities:
1. To lead or support a project team to diagnose client's business problems and provide solutions based on well-crafted research
2. To lead or support Illuminera's efforts in building a team of first-class qualitative specialists whose reputation goes well beyond technical skills

This position will be based in Shanghai, China.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

1. Capable of critical thinking, enjoy problem solving, and possess strong curiosity for new knowledge
2. Integrity and team spirit are critical
3. University graduates with bachelor or higher degrees
4. 3-6 years of solid experience in marketing, consulting, and market research including minimum 2 years of qualitative (design, moderation, and reporting) experience
