1. Have good sourcing of audited factory by big customers and development ability preferred

2. Have excellent eye to offer suitable styles to customers. 掌握客户需求，推荐合适样品的能力

3.Communicate with cutomers and factories, ensure goods are of good quality and delivered on time. Monitor and check production status. 与国外客户和工厂保持密切联系，确保产品质量及交期。监控并核实生产进程。

4.Collect packaging, testing and other information, make instruction for vendors and assistant. 收集整理产品包装，测试等相关信息，并对供应商和助理进行指导。

5. Manager proto, preproduction and TOP samples on time..负责样品按时的寄送及确认。

Requirements: 人员要求

1. 3-5 years experiences in scarfs/hats/gloves . 3－5年以上围巾/帽子/手套跟单工作经验，

2. Good English both in oral and written. 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

3. Could work under pressure and solve problems independently. 具有抗压，在工作中及早发现问题，独立解决问题的能力

4. Team work spirit, integrity, pleasant personality. 团队合作精神，诚实正直，易于相处。

5. College education level, majored in textile or foreign trade. 大专以上学历，纺织或贸易类专业优先。
