职位描述
Main tasks:
Customer relationship management
1.Directs the selling activities within the assigned geographical region, prioritizes all activities effectively and in accordance with the Meyer Burger Group objectives.
2.Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in the customer accounts and is always at the pulse of the customer.
3.Build up professional customer relationship, proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs and satisfaction and establishes plans and leads the actions to meet their needs. (RFQ, proposals, samples etc. )
4.Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations.
5.Generate reports based on facts for the management and frequent update of accurate data in the CRM
Manages the Sales Process
6.Pro-actively drives the Meyer Burger sales process from “Market Preparation” to “After Sales”
7.Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
8.Coordinates the involvement of all necessary company personnel, including technical sales support, service, product portfolio, finance and engineering and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and to find solutions for the customer
9.Improves and works on the sales process in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency with focus on the customer.
10.Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking (win/losses, current projects, customer- and market update)
11.Continuously motivates the sales support team, and inspires them to stay focused on the customer’s needs and on company’s goals.
12.Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Acquisition and development of new customers
1.Pro-actively drives market- and customer analysis and development of new market according to the strategy of Meyer Burger.
2.Sets the vision for his assigned Region, sets clear priorities and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
3.Evaluates market trends and gather information about the different stakeholders (politics, economy, environment etc) and the competition, that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminates information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.
4.Represents the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients.
5.Leads the Sales Agents in the attributed regions, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring.
6.Positioning of Meyer Burger as a solution provider on the market
Requirements:
1.Proficient sales person with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related filed
2.Good understanding of business processes
3.5-10 years commercial experience in capital goods
4.Customer centric, Drive, “power inside”.
5.Fluent in English (written and spoken) a must, conversational level of the regional language highly desirable.
6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7.Ability to understand data and define measures to be taken.
