Purpose of Job

To effectively manage production team to meet the needs of the business growth in the company. Guarantee the introduction of new products production.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Responsible for day-to-day production.

2. Responsible for the related issues about the introduction of new products production.

3. Responsible for quality, delivery and cost for the production on site.

4. Ensure company quality procedures and manufacturing instructions are followed across all production areas;

5. Take the lead of implementing corrective actions and preventative actions at productions to ensure products delivered to customers meet the highest quality standard.

6. Look after to utilize production capacity in best way and strive for promoting productivity to highest standard.

7. Responsible for adequate planning of production.

8. Maintain close control of production materials and completed products.

9. Evaluations of alliances and sub-contract arrangements as necessary

10.Promote the proactive development of Production personnel providing leadership to the production function.

11.Promote development of Production personnel in accordance with business objectives. This will include training solutions, training planning, maintenance of required competence and employee development activities

12.Know and understand the roles and duties related to environment

13.Proactively driven for improvement activities in production organization aiming at improve business performances

14.Any other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by line manager.

Person Specifation

Education Training and Work Qualifications:

Minimum university education major in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or related field.

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of SAP

Good knowledge of ISO 9000 / TS16949 required.

Skills and Abilities:

Fluent in English

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Computer skills: MS Office

Strong on-site management skills

Relevant Experience:

More than 6 years experience in manufacturing field, at least 3-year production supervisor experience in medium-sized factory; preferably with background and experience in auto or chemical industry.

Other Requirements:

Effective communication skill, team player, quick-learner.

Inter-personality.

Strong passion on work; and proactive in attitude
