Main Responsibilities
- Promptly provides technical and non-technical information to Chinese customers. Processes all enquiries to a successful conclusion, using escalation procedures as and when necessary.
- Prioritise and processes all enquiries and fault calls from the customers in China
- Responsible for first level diagnosis of reported faults.
- Responsible for call logging and ascertaining initial data.
- Ensure the data and faults reported by customers are recorded in SAP.
- Provides information for assignment of service engineers to tasks in SAP.
- Uses all available resources to find solutions.
- Perform survey on customers satisfaction and service quality.
- Provides feedback on product quality and design issues. Works closely with all departments and other customer support personnel.
- Provides secondary support for service and porcess, Travel to the customer site to do service jobs such as installation, repair when necessary.
Skills / Knowledge and Ability
- Minimum of 1 year experience with machenical and elextronical products and in technical support environment.
- Experience of PV industry is an advantage.
- Solid technical knowledge, problem solving ability.
- MSoffice software skill.
Special Requirements
- Proactive, self-management, self-learning, willing to improve.
- Good customer service sense, good communication skill.
- Team working sprit.
Education
- Bachelor degree, major in electronic, mechanic, or semiconductor.
- Good English skill in writing and speaking, equivalent to CET-4 or above.
