Job Duties:
- Build up good communication network with clients to explore business opportunities to maximize the sales targets
- Execute annual sales plan to achieve sales target by means of promoting sales development in sales value and amount, expanding market share and exploring new business segments according to market situation
- Order follow-up, liaison with customers and prepare proposals ensuring that the sales cycle is closely monitored and completed
Requirements:
- 5 years' practical experience in sales/ business development
- Experience in financial/ insurance industry a plus
- Good command in English and German is a plus
- Presentable with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, meticulous and initiative
- Highly discipline and be a team player
- University degree in Business Studies or related subjects
