职位描述
Minimum 2 years experience in footwear quality assurance/controller
Technical knowledge in footwear production process particularly rain boots/rubber boots, from raw material to finish product.
Monitor critical path for the shipment date schedule
Conduct PP meeting with the factory prior start of Bulk production and fill up PP meeting notes. Closely coordinate with Product tech regarding technical issues and Merchandiser for delivery issues
Liaise closely with factories for the Inspection schedule and styles for Inspection to arrange weekly inspection schedule
Conduct In line Inspection and Final Inspection using AQL 2.5 level or assigned AQL level
Reports must be signed off by factory after inspection and copy to Shanghai office. This applies for in line and final inspection.
Send update to QC Manager on Inspection result and any other issues on bulk just RIGHT AFTER THE INSPECTION.
Weekly factory visit schedule to be submitted to Quality Manager
