职位描述

Job Purpose

Lead the costing team to establish, monitor and control the standard costing system via various analytical tools and ensure proper allocation of costs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance to Cost Accountant and Junior Cost Accountant on standard cost set up, flow through profit set up, costing process improvement and inventory valuation process.
2. Review the process of factory TP revenue recognition, to make sure the accuracy of factory income reporting.
3. Review material price change, engineering variance and PPV, evaluate the impact to factory cost and perform various scenario analyses to management in a timely fashion.
4. Prepare transfer price calculation for manufacturing site by closely work with marketing, sales, engineering, distribution and price control manager.
5. Review cost-profit analysis reports to determine the proper cost level for the business.
6. Prepare multiple absorption rates by different production line by working closely with operation team to make sure the reasonability of factory standard cost. Compare the system routing hour relative to actual working hour to monitor the system absorption level and provide the advice to improve production efficiency.
7. Review the calculation, analysis and preparation of evaluation documents for NPIP purpose to assess the feasibility of new product projects.
8. Produce analysis, including CRT, make or buy, etc. on product performance
9. Guide and monitor the flow through profit set up to each country, provide the analysis to facilitate the sourcing decision in sales office to sell more in-house product.
10. Monitor costing systems and report promptly of situations and/or exceptions to the departmental heads concerned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

? Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment and 3 years of experience in cost accounting
? A professional accountancy qualification (for e.g. CPA, ACCA, CGA, etc.) is preferred
