ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
(The fundamental job duties)
Customer Master Data and Vendor Master Data
？ Collect and file new customer and vendor’s certificate, set up master data in system.
？ Maintain master data according to customer or company requests.
？ Regularly review master data and provide related reports as required.
Pricing Data
？ Set up & revise price data according to company’s process.
？ Ensure the consistency and accuracy of customer’s PO or Vendor’s order
？ Regularly review pricing data and provide related reports as required.
Share Service for whole CS team
？ Work with finance dept. for VAT invoice daily importing & exporting & printing
？ Work with plant team & finance & IT to support LCS related CS function, like invoicing , return, credit, etc.
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(The requirements that an individual must absolutely possess to perform the essential functions of the job.)
1. College degree or above, major in trading related.
2. 1~2 years experience of master data .
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience in using SBO / SAP or equivalent ERP system.
5. Good oral and written in English, ability to communicate within international team.
6. Capable of engaging in, and comfortable with detailed process and cross function issue.
7. Self-Motivated.
8. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
9. Quick learner and able to continuous learning.
10. Working experience in the Manufacturing arena will be preferred
