Main Purpose:

The job owner is responsible to ensure a failure-free operation of the whole infrastructure of the competence Center as well as its preventive maintenance.
With focus on design and optimizing of processes, the goal is to reduce operating costs, ensure operations availability of all technical equipment as well as maintaining the value of building and equipment on a long term basis.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

? Daily check of infrastructure, with focus on AC, Heating, compressed air and water treatment, fire-fighting system, plumbing, power distribution and transformer station.
? Supervision and Maintenance of the whole infrastructure of the plant (in cooperation with the Alpla China Plant Engineering)
? 1st Level support on any electrical, hydraulically and mechanical problems.
? Organize maintenance and repair companies
? Set-up of maintenance plans for all technical equipment installed (in coordination with responsible department leader of TC, FC and AMS) and coordinate with suppliers
? Responsible for cleaning of building and plot (contact person internally as well as for external companies) as well as the management of the indoor plants
? Waste Management
? EHS Responsibility
? Responsible for related internal training and external training program.



Education/Experience
?
? Bachelor degree in electronic/ mechanical/ civil construction engineering, air-conditioning system, etc.
? Over 5 years working experiences on facility management in manufacturing company.
? Knowledge on electrical, EHS facilities maintenance, fire prevention, risk mitigation related to loss prevention field, and high & low voltage electric operation licenses are required.

Qualification/Skills

? Familiar with software tools, such as auto CAD, Microsoft office project, outlook and etc.
? Aware the importance of EHS and have that in mind while supervising the on-site work
? Good team player with positive attitude.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
? Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage different issues simultaneously
? Good communication both in English and Mandarin
