Responsibility:
·Lead a team of in vivo scientists to conduct in vivo oncology target validation, MTD, efficacy and non-GLP toxicity studies
·Supervise and train junior scientists
·Plan in vivo studies, perform data analysis, write study report and communicate with clients
·Develop new in vivo tumor models and service platforms

Requirements:
·A PhD in Oncology or Pharmacology with an in-depth understanding of cancer biology
·At least three years of in vivo oncology experience
·Prior industrial experience is desirable
·Experience in histology is a plus
·Supervisory experience required
·Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills. Have the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients in a team environment, and the ability to independently plan, supervise and direct projects to completion are essential.
·Hands-on in vivo skills including rodent handling, standard dosing techniques, surgery and oncology endpoints
·Be able to effectively communicate in both Chinese and English
