MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB
The Expense Specialist is responsible for administering the expenses, accounts and invoice related processes of major contracted accounts and to provide backup financial and accounting support for the Accounts Administrator.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Administer Major accounts third party expense documentation ensuring service invoices are correct and approvals are obtained
2. Maintain SMART database with details of all assignees and suppliers
3. Input all invoices received into SMART database verifying all necessary approvals
4. Generate and prepare relevant reports from SMART to ensure efficient and accurate invoicing
5. Input all SIRVA Relocation invoice details to clients preferred format in accordance with specifications
6. Assist in the preparation of client invoices
7. Receive and address Creditor enquiries
8. Prepare Prompt Payments to Creditors
9. Reconciliations of third party invoices
10. Assist in the preparation of client invoicing

Position Requirements
1. Majored in Finance related

2. A knowledge of MS Excel
3. Strong ability to analyze and problem solve
4. Exposure to local and global financial issues
