• Prepare inspection itinerary
• Double check necessary information and other reference materials in the QC file are on hand before inspection
• Double confirm with factories on the scheduled inspection date & time
• Conduct quality inspections (in-line & final) base on AQL standard before shipment allowed
• Report findings of quality inspection result promptly to the office
• Arrange for production query sample or shipment sample to be sent from factory to our office after inspection (when required)
• Work well with vendor/ factory management to correct quality problem
• Check with merchandisers and coordinator to clarify any query point found during inspection, And follow up
• Prepare weekly/monthly inspection result statistical report & submit on time accordingly
• Honesty and integrity
• Reimbursment for failed inspection
