POSITION SUMMARY:职位简介

Responsible for the in-process dimensional and visual inspection of carrier tapes. Responsible for handling and review of all products in the Product Review (PR) area. 负责载带在空间和视觉的检查。负责处理和审核所有在产品审核（PR）区域的产品。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:职责

l Collect samples from the floor & inspect visually in a timely manner. 从生产车间收集样品和及时地检查外表。

l Measure samples using the CMM.用CMM测量样品。

l Keep accurate record of the work performed and retained samples. 保存精确的工作记录和保留样品。

l Shut down press as required.按照要求停止机器。

l Communicate with set-up and vision techs regarding press adjustments与模具和影像技术人员沟通机器的调整。

l Keep the work area organized and clean. 保持工作区域清洁和有条理

l Inspects the product on hold for potential defects as indicated in the material hold documentation (MRR).检查有潜在缺点产品，根据MRR物料暂留文件操作。

l Complete paperwork and inventory transaction to put product on hold and release it after the disposition has been determined. 完成文件和库存交易，把产品暂存，在得到处理方案后再释放此产品。

l Actively participate in achieving the department goals & continual improvement.积极地参与达到部门目标和持续改进。

l Perform other duties and responsibilities as required. 执行其他被要求的工作。

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:技能

Skill in using non-contact measurement equipment, digital caliper, Tooke gauge会使用非接触测量的设备，数显卡尺，托克测厚仪

Skill in using computer and software programs会用电脑和相关软件

Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills具有极强的沟通和组织能力
