The main activities of mechanical design engineer include:
we needs to do chassis part design, to define and draw functional 2D/3D, define allocated volume for the component, to share 3D and 2D drawings of chassis/powertrain parts with its plants and R&D centers.

we are looking for ONE subcontractor to carry on chassis part CAD design and powertrain/chassis parts officialization activities in its powertrain and chassis department.

1-2 SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The principal mission of the subcontractor will include:
？ Chassis part CAD design
？ Officialization of powertrain/chassis parts in the SAP / DIL system

The service will be realized in Shanghai office.

1-3 SERVICE REQUIRED DELIVRABLE

The person will be in charge of:
？ Chassis part CAD design
To make chassis parts CAD to guarantee the quality of deliverables required by project in term of: Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance (QCDP).
Define and draw functional 2D/3D
Define allocated volume for a component
Make dimension chains and ensure the standards are fulfilled
Report the design progress and lessons learn
Fill related documents for technical review and officialization
？ Chassis/powertrain part officialization
Master the process of officialization in SAP by ensuring the parts will be stored in SAP on time
Keep up to date the officialiation indicators according to the deadlines defined in SAP
Report officialization status to officialization leader
Update indicator deadlines with related persons (project and IT) and officialization leader
？ Warn if there are some delays in any of the jobs above
?Education : Bachelor
?Work experience : 1-3 years
?Language : Chinese + English, French is a plus!
?Software:
Mandatory: Catia V5
A plus: R3P, SAP
?Technical knowledge
Mechanical design knowledge
Basic 3D and 2D knowledge
