岗位职责：
1. 负责试剂研发、生产的等相关生物、化学试验工作；
2. 研发、生产原材料和成品的质量检验；
3. 严格按SOP操作，必要时对SOP流程做出优化；
4. 仪器设备的日程维护和保养；
技能要求：
1. 生物工程、检验医学等相关专业专科或以上学历
2. 工作勤奋主动，踏实，有责任心，有良好的团队协作精神
3. 有实验室工作经历者优先考虑
4. 熟练使用办公软件
