Project Enginner 项目工程师

Key responsibilities:
主要职责：
1. Support and coordinate with Sales Team to create the tailor-made technical solution for specific project
1. 支持和协调销售团队对特定项目制定具体的技术方案
2. Project management with excellent cost awareness.
2. 具有优良的项目管理成本意识
3. Trouble shooting during installation and commissioning period
3. 解决安装和调试期间的故障问题
4. Well organized, detailed minded and able to work under pressure and time constraints
4. 良好的组织能力、重视细节、能够承受压力工作并且有时间观念
5. Communicate with customer and related suppliers project team to control project implementation in a most efficient way.
5. 与客户及相关供应商项目团队沟通并控制项目有效的实施
6. Work together with Salespeople to maintain the high customer satisfaction level.
6. 与销售人员合作维护客户高满意度
7. Update and follow-up all technical data to be installed onto corporate database system timely
7. 及时更新跟进公司数据库系统的所有安装技术参数
8. Cooperate with Sales Director to define and optimize the project process and manage it via weekly meeting with Service Department.
8. 与销售总监协商，界定和优化项目进程，并且通过和服务部每周的会议来对项目进行管理
9. Be responsible and monitor all necessary technical documents and data to be stored in the correct position.

Qualification and Requirements
资格和要求
1. Academic degree in Engineering or Food Science
1. 工程或食品科学背景
2. 3+ years working experience in MNC or related industry experience
2. 三年以上跨国公司或相关行业工作经验
3. Good planning and coordination skills
3. 良好的计划和协调能力
4. Strong team player, self-managed and proactive
4. 团队合作精神，自我管理能力，积极主动
5. Strong logical thinking, with the willingness and capability to learn new knowledge & skills in new area.
5. 有较强逻辑思维能力，具有学习新领域中新知识技能的意愿和能力
6. Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
6. 优秀的英语说，听，写能力
7. Necessary computer skills, ERP, CAD knowledge is plus
7. 必要的计算机操作能力，懂ERP，CAD者更佳
8. Travel frequently is required.
8. 能够适应经常性出差
