Marketing Coordinator
SOM adheres to the most rigorous standards of competence and capability in its selection of qualified applicants for each position. Individuals applying for the challenging position of Marketing Coordinator must be able to fulfill a unique set of requirements if they wish to be shortlisted. Preferred applicants should be resourceful, mature-minded and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced English-speaking corporate environment. Successful candidates will also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, and demonstrate more than three years professional work experience with a multinational company. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Client intelligence research;
2. Communication with senior level staff in the United States on China-related projects;
3. Coordination of project proposals and contracts for clients and vendors;
4. Scheduling of meetings, events and conferences;
5. Initiation and development of business relationships with key clients.
