Job description/工作职责描述:
Assure the reception of the Administration department & answer inquiries

确认接收行政部门信息并回答咨询
Handle daily incoming emails & calls and report by written form to management

负责日常邮件接收及来电接听，并书面汇报管理层
Coordinate the communication between the Management and internal / external contacts

协调管理层与内部/外部的联络沟通
Translate communication and other given documents.

翻译信息及交给的其他文件
Organize and coordinate meetings

组织并协调会议
Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings

记录，制作并分发会议纪要
Maintain Management schedules and calendars

安排并更新管理层时间表及日历
Arrange and confirm appointments

安排并确认预约
Welcome guests of Management for appointments

接待管理层的预约访客
Set up and maintain filing systems

建立并维护文档系统
Arrange all the documents in the server

管理服务器内的学院资料
Respect work procedures and regulations

遵守工作流程及规定
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information

口头沟通，并以书面答复咨询，提供信息
Take part in the organization of internal events (such as CNY diner).

参与组织内部活动（如春节宴会）
Take part in the organization of external events, mainly the annual graduation fashion show

参与组织对外活动，主要是年度毕业时装秀
Manage office space管理办公室环境


Job requirement/工作要求:
1. About 2-years working experience, fluent in French.

两年以上工作经验，熟练掌握法语。
2. Open-minded, serious and team-working esprit.

性格开朗，认真严谨，具有团队合作精神。 .
3. Well know of Office software.

熟练掌握办公软件。
4. Worked in education training or foreign enterprises.

在教育培训行业或外企工作过。
5. Oversea learning or working would be preferred.

有留学经验者优先。
