Minimum Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related Financial Management subjects;
?Qualified member of CICPA (or other international Accounting Association);
?5 years' post-qualification working experience with knowledge of international practices, preferably with management and supervision experiences;
?3 years' work experience in audit firm "BIG 4" preferable;
?Familiarity with local rules and regulations;
?Strong fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua;
?Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and good organization ability;
?Self-motivated and able to work independently;
?Able to negotiate, establish and implement new systems or work processes with various stakeholders;
?Working experience in a foreign owned enterprise or joint-venture, with staff of various cultural backgrounds, would be an advantage.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, esp. in Excel and Word
?Knowledge in Accpac accounting system

Job Scope
?Establish and develop an accounts team;
?Oversee the books and records;
?Supervise the daily revenues and expenditures records, including cashier office(s), school fees collection, payments and disbursements, etc.;
?Maintain the proper accounting records, monthly and yearly financial statements, tax reports and filings.
?Prepare monthly management reports, division reports, and ad hoc financial analyses;
?Compile Annual Budgets and prepare budget variance reports for management;
?Monitor the cash-flow of the school and prepare cash-flow forecast;
?Participate in management meetings and co-ordinate financial management issues for the school.
