职位描述
职责描述:
1.岗位职责负责公司相关人事工作,如招聘、考勤、社保、人事档案管理等;
2.劳动合同的签订、接待引领新员工入职以及办理员工试用、转正、升迁、解聘、离职相关手续,并将资料进行归档;
3.员工社保、公积金、居住证的办理及劳动合同变更、续签、终止、提前解除等;
4.协助上级建立健全公司人力资源制度,执行人力资源管理各项事务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施;
5.定期收集当地最新劳动人事法规、政策及资料,以保证及时提报区域人事的更新信息。
6.解答公司员工对人事方面的问题,并积极协调公司员工关系,参与解决员工的违纪、纠纷案件,以促进员工关系的和谐。
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历;
2、从事工作1年以上;
3、具有良好的书面及口头表达能力,具有亲和力和服务意识,沟通领悟能力强;
4、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件;
5、了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策;
6、吃苦耐劳,工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养;
7、有强烈的责任感和敬业精神,公平公正、做事严谨,能承受较大的工作压力。

Qualification:
1, college degree or above;

6, hard-working, serious and meticulous work, principle strong, executive force and good occupation accomplishment;
7, there is a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, fairness and justice, rigorous work, can work under pressure.
