职位描述
Key performance areas:
· Capture offering development papers to develop draft business cases for new development local premium development
· Take win / loss analysis from Sales Support and identify trends and needed action plans
· Provide input into product launch strategy and plan
· Prioritize feed-back cases in coordination with Product Support Manager
· Manage Special Option Requests (SOR)
· Define and manage end year model upgrades
· Drive development of market and business intelligence for their product scope
· Provide inputs into Product Marketing Strategy
· Develop the Product Strategy and the Product Pricing Strategy
· Approve changes to specification after initial communication to Sales Areas during tendering and post-receipt of customer orders
· Work with other Product Managers across the PA to define bundles which are driven by mining methods and applications
· Capture actual market intelligence (5 year horizon) to strengthen draft business cases
Your profile:
· University Degree/Collage in Mining Engineering or Mining Equipment Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Underground Coal Mining Industry
· Fluent in English (written and verbal) with good Communication skills
· Evaluate and analyze the current business situation, define goals and objectives, establish a plan to achieve defined targets.
· Understand business processes, coordination of projects and engineering and workflows.
· Plan for market share growth by anticipating the future needs of the business and putting the necessary groundwork in place to achieve this growth.
· Knowledge in Sandvik Coal Mining products or related products and applications
· Practical knowledge in business administration (eg. profitability calculations, profitability KPI analysis)
· Project management
· Coal mining market knowledge (eg. Market development, new technologies)
· Leadership on high level and under the aspect of multicultural environment
· Open minded person with strong serving attitude
· Result oriented working style
