Key Missions
? Implement and optimize production plan and schedule to comply with customers’ needs at the lowest cost and working capital, in line with GBU strategy
? Focus on planning in 1-3 month
? Ensure alignment with customer service and plant teams

Vacancy description
? Production planning
- Work with customer service teams closely to understand the product demand trends and plan production accordingly respecting economical batch and campaign size
- Keep good communication and coordination between relevant departments to ensure a correct & in-time information transfer and that actions are taken to achieve company OTIF-C target. Is the central contact between customer service and production department.
- Issue In hand Finished and semi-finished Goods inventory report. Manage and set action plan to decrease SMOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete –means bad quality) inventories of finished goods with support from related departments.

? Scheduling
- Schedule production planning
- Follow up the production execution daily, alert in case of OEE deviation (production late or early vs. the plan)
- Participate to optimize and decrease change over cost and improve OEE in his/her country
- Revise production schedules and priorities as result of customer sudden demand or operating problems (Quality constraints, equipment failure or material supplier issues).

? Intra group Procurement (EP other sites and Solvay other GBUs)
- Issue the purchasing orders based on MRP Communicate them to suppliers.
- Keep tracking of availability and reliability of the deliveries of the purchased goods and follow up to ensure that internal suppliers take corrective and proactive actions to improve deliveries. When necessary, initiate claims if damage and delay occur.
- Stock in transit : manage orders ETD to optimize SIT and issue appropriate reporting.
- Advise supervisor on supplies plan to ensure a smooth flow of materials

Profile
? Bachelor degree or equivalent standard of education is essential
? At least 3 years' good relevant planning experience in plant
? Good command of the English, both in oral and written is must due to the contact with internal company
? Logical & analytical mind
? With work initiative and continuous improvement
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good team spirit
