• Enable safety principle and regulations to all co-workers and external
  maintenance contractors, and monitor maintenance work activities for compliance
  to assure safety (both employees and contractors) as a primary objective at all
  times.

• Provide maintenance services for sites according to BASF regulation.
  Be responsible for site maintenance excellence, and provide immediately response
  to any maintenance request and to arrange for repair in time.

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance routes and
  programs according to BASF standard and operation maintenance program.
  

• Lead or assist project team to maintain effective safety, quality,
  cost and schedule controls and prepare commissioning etc.

• Analyze maintenance, facilities and equipment performance data to
  identify means for improving safety, reliability, quality of product and
  minimizing unplanned shutdown time.

• Develop a program for training of maintenance and production personnel
  on the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of equipment.

• Education: Bachelor of chemical engineering, good at oral and written
  business English

• Working Experience: More than 5 years in chemical industry
  

• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Deep knowledge and rich
  experience with mechanical, electrical & instrumental and material science
  aspects in chemical engineering
