仓库文员-工作地点-金山区或奉贤区（化工品物流园区）
Primary Responsibilities:
职位职责：
1.Responsible for documents handling, invoice issuing, labels printing, system data entry, material purchasing, report generation and other related work;
负责单证处理、开票、打印标签、系统输入、耗材采购统计、报表管理等相关工作；
2.Management and archiving of COA, customer bill analysis;
COA的管理和归档，账单分析处理；
3.Provide customer service related work.Such as reviewing and dealing with the special requirements of customers;
提供客户服务的相关工作，例如审核和处理客户的特殊要求；
4.Assist warehouse manager and supervisor to handle other daily work，coordinate with other departments.
协助仓库经理及主管处理其他日常工作，与其他部门协调配合。

Qualifications Required:
任职资格：
1.Major at in international trade or Logistics.With 1-3 related experience in Electronic Or Chemical enterprises,
国际贸易或物流大专学历，有1-3年电子或化学相关领域工作经历；
2. Familiar with MS Office. Have SAP or WMS experience is preferred. Basic English skills should have.
熟练操作Offier软件；有SAP或WMS经验优先,具备基础的英语能力；
3.Carefully and dependability, have strong sense of responsibility,goood communication skills and teamwork ability.
工作细致、务实、责任心强，良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力；
4.The workplace is in Jin Shan District, easy journey is preferred.
