Key Account Sales Manager China


Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaning, developing and managing existing key accounts
Candidate must be self-motivated and capable of problem solving, independently working across the internal organisation
Supporting key accounts by placing emphasis on frequent meetings
Candidate must be experienced in channel management and leveraging channel partenr to achieve resultswhile responding to customer requirements , ability in suggesting appropriate equipment configuration is required.
Actively promote the brand and products lines through exhibitions, seminars.
Frequently update management with following reports:
Keep precise sales forecasting and updating weekly based on projects and expectation of order intake, judging and carefully monitoring projects and up and coming requirements to fulfill those projects.
Constant progress reports and updates about customers, competitors, leads, and general developmental activity for projects within key account territories.
Place a high emphasis on travelling and making timely meetings with key accounts
Organise product demonstrations and manage demo equipment inventory over the territory.
Competitive salary package, with clear incentive based goals.
Travel to support trade shows, customer demonstrations and other business development activities in a cost effective manner consistent with company policy and under budget as defined by the APAC Manager of Business Development
Expected to meet and exceed sales targets


Requriements

Experience Required: 5-7 years of experience in Security CCTV market with evidence and emphasis on high tech volume market. Working knowledge of international representative selling organizations and distribution channels.
Ability to work independently and highly self motivated.
Strong and persuasive writing skills.
Candidate should have University Degree
Technically adept and able to make complicated presentations and briefings to convey simple messages to win key selling accounts – Computer proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and support the APAC Manager of Business Development (Direct Report)
Ability to develop professional briefing material and confidently present to customers and in industry forums
Expected to travel 60-70% to complete the sales targets
Excellent command in English (Both oral speaking and written skill) and Mandarin is a must
