岗位职责：

1. 根据公司的项目执行任务，按项目规模、周期、性质、承载能力和执行资源的合理调配，高度配合项目的执行，保障项目顺利进行；
2. 3年以上活动项目执行和突发项目状况的应急处理经验； 具备独立按指引进行执行项目的能力；
3. 有较强的领导能力和管理能力，对项目人员进行管理和指导，统筹规划好各个关系，保证活动的完好执行；

4. 认真的办事风格，坚决的服务纪律性，积极的心态； 为人诚信，吃苦耐劳、责任心、事业心强；
5. 较强的沟通能力和协调能力，有很好的团队协作意识；
6. 具备持续不断的在职学习能力，有积极的学习心态

职位要求：
1、大专本科以上学历；
2、有三年以上活动执行相关经验。
3、良好的口头表达能力；
4、有良好团队合作精神，积极的工作态度，良好的职业道德；良好的组织协调能力，能承受工作压力。能带领团队完成品牌服务工作，责任心强。
5、拥有优质客户资源者优先。
