General responsibilities

In charge of coordination for Pre-sales test & technical training for coffee machine.
咖啡机的产品测试及售前培训、客户设备技术协调
Provide training and technical document for engineers and authorized service company.
工程师及授权服务商工程师培训、技术资料
Perform work order verification and spare parts maintenance
工单审核及零件保固
Provide repairing service, tracing and technical support
维修服务派单、追踪及技术支持
Inventory management for spare parts of coffee machine.

Requirements

Strong coordination skill
具有较强的协调能力
Ability to deliver training service
具有一定的培训服务的能力
College degree or above
大专及以上学历
At least 3 years coordination experience in coffee machine industry
具有3年及以上咖啡机行业服务流程协调经验

Business Line Food & Beverage provides Market Expansion Services for food service and food processing equipment provided to hotels and restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops, shopping malls and supermarkets, food manufacturers and fast-food chains, and hospitals and schools. These equipments include combi-oven, heater and warming system, coffee and beverage equipment, dishwashers, pizza and bakery equipment.
酒店餐饮设备业务单元为向旅馆、饭店、便利店、咖啡店、商场、超市、食品生产商、快餐连锁店、医院以及学校供应的食品服务及食品加工设备提供市场拓展服务。这些设备包括万能蒸烤箱、加热器与加热系统、咖啡及饮料设备、洗碗机、pizza及面包设备。
