Job summary

* Key contact window for the TPL vendors
* Co-packing Plan arrangement
* the payment settle down for the package material
* the vendor KPI,including the quanlity and quantity issue and return
* in charge of the stock accuracy of package material

General responsibilities

* Base on the client request to arrange the co-packing plan and release the plan to co-packing team on time
* Place the packaging order according the co-packing plan
* Summarized the damage/shortage ratio after the one batch co-packing completed, and do the coordinated with the vendor about the ratio
* Payment settle down for the packaging material
* Keep and support the whole co-packing process smoothly
* Report data accuracy and could track accordingly
* Do some analysis base on the current process
* Supervise the whole process and keep the KPI meet the target

Functional skills and knowledge

* Has the SAP kownleaged especially in WMS model
* Good command of Microsoft office applications especially in Excel and PPT
* Has the good sense of the warehouse operation
* Good in English communication

Soft skills

* Self-motivated, pro-active, be able to take multi-task.
* Good communication skill
* Customer focus

Education
* College degree or above

Work experience
* More than 5 years’ of related working experience in Logistics or Supply chain related role.
* Experience in a key account management role preferred.
* warehousing/operation in Consume goods
