Summary:
This position is to provide administrative and secretarial support to CEO or CFO.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the daily schedules, travel arrangements & itineraries, meeting arrangements including agendas, minutes and reviews.
- Screen and prioritize incoming telephone calls/mails/emails; handle correspondence and telephone
enquires
- Do translation, make expense claim, and fill all the important documents and other
relevant admin issues
- Receive VIPs and develop a detailed program
- Other daily administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- University degree, major in Secretary, English or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience working for expatriates in MNC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizing and coordinating ability.
- Dedicated team player that is flexible and adaptable to change.
- Strong English language skills, both oral and written.
- Strong computer software skills in MS Office suite
- Mature, ability to work under pressure.
