SCOPE AND SCALE OF ACTIVITIES
职责：
1. Work as a team member in developing testing strategies and designing testing procedures; responsible for testing environment preparation;
参与制定测试策略和设计测试过程，负责准备测试环境；
2. Design test cases according to requirements;
根据需求文档，进行测试设计；
3. Experienced in writing test cases;
熟练编写测试用例；
4. Responsible for testing functionality and user experience, and submitting bug reports;
测试产品的基本功能、用户体验等，提交缺陷报告；
5. Keen on problems, and the causes;
善于发现问题，并找到问题产生的原因；
6. Be good at communicating with the developers to promote solutions.
主动与开发人员沟通，并积极推进问题解决；
7. Responsible for confirming the modifications towards bugs, write testing reports; submit products improving plans accordingly.
负责对开发人员修改过的缺陷进行测试确认，形成测试报告，并能提出对产品有效的改进方案。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
任职要求：
1. Graduated from computer science, or other related majors;
计算机相关专业毕业；
2. 1 or more years of software/website testing experience;
1年以上软件或网站测试经验；
3. Skilled in English reading and writing;
英语熟练；
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities;
良好的沟通、讲台陈述以及解决问题的能力；
5. Experience with case management tools and bug tracking tools, such as TestLink and BugZilla;
熟悉case管理工具如TestLink，bug管理工具如BugZilla等；
6. Good knowledge of website operation procedure, familiar with differences between browsers;
熟练掌握网站的操作流程，熟悉各浏览器之间的差异；
7. Video, rich media or advertising industry work experience is a plus.
有视频、富媒体或广告相关行业工作经验者优先。
